✅ Exchange or Refund Eligibility

• The product must be unused.

• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

🛠️ Manufacturing Defects

• If the product has been opened and a manufacturing defect is found without usage:

  • The product will be exchanged only for a new, defect-free item.

  • No refunds will be issued in this case.

⏳ Time Frame

• Requests for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days from the purchase date.

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

• Used products.

• Requests made after 14 days.

• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

• We provide after-sales maintenance and support for our products.

• All products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

• The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or breakage.
